These Father’s Day themed Dabber Activity worksheets are a great way to help your students with their fine motor, counting, one-to-one recognition, vocabulary and letter recognition. Students use the BINGO Dauber, or dot markers, to press down on each circle just like BINGO players do.
I use these Mark a Dot activity sheets as a Center in my Media Center for when the theme fits and it is always a hit!
Alternatively, if you do not have BINGO daubers, you can use manipulatives to cover the dots like pom poms and stickers (garage sale circle stickers are fun). Or even let those little fingers dip into paint!!

Need a system for placing books on hold in your library? These bookworm style forms and notes will help!

Procedure #1: Print and cut up the Hold Slips that come 4 to a page. Pop them in a basket. Provide a second basket for completed slips.
Procedure #2: Use the clipboard formatted full-page Hold List. Place it near the circulation desk or the card catalog. Show students where it is and how to use it.
Once the book on hold is in for the student, you have two choices of notes:
Note #1 - Send a note telling them their hold is ready to PICK UP.
Note #2 - Check out the book(s) to them and attach the note that let’s them know they were waiting on the book. DELIVER to the classroom or teacher’s mailbox.
